Our mission is to create solutions for the care, management, and enrichment of the lives of caregivers and their vulnerable family members. We will provide the tools, resources, and support caregivers need to support their caregiving journey. We strive to make lives better.

MindLight, LLC knows what we want to provide, how we want to provide it, why we want to provide it, but most importantly who we serve  and what challenges we are solving – all the other items will fall in place from there.

Our CEO

Jackie Schwabe, the owners, and investors of MindLight, LLC are committed to our mission, vision, and values.  Jackie wakes up motivated every day to help others.  Her personal mission is to provide the tools, opportunities, and connections people need to be their best self.  Her near 20-year career in Healthcare IT has allowed her to figuratively and literally connect thousand of systems and people.

Her personal passion for helping caregivers resulted from her personal experiences with trying to find the resources she needed to help her aging mother and her daughter, who has an Autism diagnosis.  A self-proclaimed nerd, she was frustrated that it took her months to get her mother the resources she needed and she is still advocating for her daughter to get the support she needs.  She felt that if she was frustrated, then others must be too.  It is her goal to make sure caregivers can find what he or she will need to help him or her on their caregiver journey, all in one place.  She knows it’s a lofty goal, but she won’t stop until she reaches it.  

Jackie has been married to her amazing and supporting husband for over 17 years and is a mother of four children.  She is active in her community and in her children’s school.  She left her full-time job as a Director of Product Management in Healthcare to run MindLight, LLC, so she could help others like herself.  She is often heard saying that different is not less and communication happens in more ways than verbally.  She is a servant leader and her goal is to lead by service to others.
