The purpose of the Services is for you to help coordinate with others the scheduling and delegation of various tasks for purposes of assisting another individual, such as a friend or family member, with their daily needs.  As such, in the course of using the Services for this intended purpose, you may disclose various types of information to us, by inputting it into the application or through the Site where you access the Services, to help make the Services more useful to you.  This information may include names or nicknames of others involved in providing assistance, their contact information, the name or nickname and contact information of the individual(s) being assisted, and so forth.  Before you share information via the Services, you must be certain that you are authorized to do so, and you represent and warrant to Mindlight that you are expressly authorized to share or input any and all information that you do share or input via your use of the Services.

The Services are not intended to be used to create, transmit, receive, store, or maintain any personal or individually identifiable information that is a medical record, to or from or on behalf of any “covered entity,” or otherwise subject to any privacy laws or regulations promulgated under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”), Section 504 of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Pub. L. 106-102, or any other applicable laws governing the use and treatment of non-public personal information, as may be amended from time to time (“Privacy Regulations”) (all such information subject to any Privacy Regulations may be referred to hereafter as “PHI”).  The application is for personal informational use only and is not intended to be used to provide health care services, health care advice, diagnostic advice, treatment advice, investment advice, or legal advice.  Mindlight will not responsible for what you or any other User chooses to share or store via the Services that might be considered PHI, and you agree to defend and indemnify Mindlight against any and all claims or sanctions related to your input of PHI.

As a condition of your use of the Services, you warrant and promise to Mindlight that you will not use the Services for any purpose that is not intended or that is prohibited by this Privacy Policy, the Agreement for Services, or other notices and conditions contained on the Site.

What We Do With Information We Collect?

In general, we use this information to register you with Mindlight, LLC, as a user of the Services, and this information is used by Mindlight for internal recordkeeping and to enable your use of the Services.
